Steven D. Johnson
Founder | CEO
Steven started his IT consulting career 25 years ago as a Senior Solutions Engineer for Computer Sciences Corporation after college at Mississippi State. Roughly 15 years ago he moved into a Regional Director role managing both sales and solution engineers across the southeast region of the US for various enterprise VARs. In 2020 Steven felt lead to develop Beacon Healthcare Solutions because of his love for healthcare and IT. Steven is dedicated and well respected in this industry. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for ARHIMSS and has served in all roles for the past 12 years. Steven lives in Oxford Mississippi. He is a family man, and loves spending time with his two sons, Tristan and Drake. He enjoys boating, hiking, camping, and is a strong man of faith.
Avery Rozar
CTO & EVP of
Professional Services
Before starting TrollEye Security, Avery was the Director of Security Operations at CIOX Health and lead both the SOC (Security Operation Center) and Red Team. Avery’s IT foundation comes up through Network Infrastructure and Security achieving his CCIE (Security) in 2007. Since 2008 Avery has slowly transitioned his focus to Penetration Testing and Web Application Development/Exploitation. In his downtime, Avery loves spending time outdoors hiking and kayaking with his wife Amy and two children Sullivan and Faith.
Jane-Marie Austin
Director of Marketing
After graduating with a Bachelors in Communications, Jane-Marie went on to work in Radio Broadcasting for right at ten years. She promoted everything from a PRCA rodeo to Football Friday nights. Most recently she was the Director of Marketing for a LTC facility in Northeast Arkansas. She is community minded, driven, and passionate about the long-term and assisted living industry. In her free time, Jane-Marie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan and daughter Bethany. She also enjoys a good book, travelling, and interior design.
Mary Rakestraw
Account Executive
National Account Executive with BHS. Previously, worked with B2B and direct sales for over 10 years. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing with a focus in Healthcare Management. A mother to my daughter Kiala. Hobbies are piano, music, visiting my family back home in Michigan, love being outdoors and near the water, active, and huge heart of faith.
